The business challenge

A one-person grooming salon takes bookings by message and phone between dogs. The diary lives in a notebook, no-shows go unchased, and new owners cannot tell from a social profile what a groom includes or how to book.

The website strategy

Make booking the obvious next step for a nervous first-time owner. Show the salon, the groomer and the work, explain what a groom includes without a price list that goes out of date, and collect a booking request in four fields.
