Building contractor
Northey Construction
A interactive demonstration: Northey Construction is a fictional business created by Jogan to show this website concept.
Extensions, refurbishments and renovations, finished to be lived in. Charcoal, stone and a bold grotesque: a contractor presented through finished projects, with a filterable portfolio and a project in detail.
Northey Construction is a fictional business, created to demonstrate a website concept. It has no premises, no customers and no trading history.
The business challenge
An established contractor whose best work lives on other people's phones, presented online by a page of service cards and a stock photograph.
The website strategy
Lead with the finished work, let people narrow it to their kind of project, show what a case study carries, and route serious enquiries to a site visit.
Design direction: Project-led portfolio.
Main action: Send an enquiry.
