- The voucher has a value of £300 and may be redeemed against eligible website design and development services supplied directly by Jogan.
- The voucher may be used as full payment for an agreed website project costing up to £300 or as a £300 credit against a larger agreed website project.
- Where the agreed project price exceeds £300, the voucher holder is responsible for paying the remaining balance in accordance with Jogan's normal payment terms.
- There is no cash alternative. The voucher cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash, either in full or in part.
- No cash or credit will be given for any unused portion of the voucher value.
- The voucher is non-transferable unless Jogan agrees otherwise in writing.
- The voucher may only be redeemed once.
- The original physical voucher must be presented or otherwise verified by Jogan and must contain the original authorised handwritten signature.
- Photocopies, screenshots, scans, reproductions or digitally altered copies of the physical voucher do not constitute a valid voucher.
- Jogan may verify the voucher reference against its internal records before accepting redemption.
- Jogan reserves the right to refuse vouchers that appear to have been copied, altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained or previously redeemed.
- This voucher reference is unique. Redemption of a voucher will mark that reference as used.
- The voucher must be redeemed before 1 December 2027.
- The holder must contact Jogan and begin the redemption process before the expiry date. An expired voucher has no monetary or service value.
- The £300 voucher applies to website design and development services agreed with Jogan. Third-party costs may not be included unless specifically agreed. Examples can include domain registration, premium software, paid plugins, licences, advertising, external subscriptions or specialist third-party services.
- The exact website specification and scope must be agreed between Jogan and the voucher holder before work begins.
- Additional work outside the agreed project scope will be quoted separately.
- The voucher cannot normally be used in conjunction with another voucher, promotional credit or discount unless Jogan agrees otherwise.
- Acceptance of a project remains subject to Jogan's normal project acceptance process and terms of business.
- Jogan reserves the right to amend these terms where reasonably necessary, provided this does not remove the £300 face value of a valid unexpired voucher.
